Nope! We are more than happy to travel to you. Travel fees are measured by the total distance to and from location, $1.00 per Km will apply, if your location is further than 15km from our office.
First step is to complete the inquiry form on our Contact Us page, and provide as much info as possible for your event. We will reach out within 2-3 business days to set up a meeting with you, either over the phone, by video call, or in person to do discuss all the details of your event (what you are celebrating, theme, services required, budget, etc.). After the call, we will send you your invoice and contract for your event. Finally, we secure a deposit of 50% to confirm your booking, the remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to your event. Then you are all booked and ready to go!
