This lets you feel out the "vibe" and see if I might be a good fit for you. I'll show you how to book a session and then you decide if you'd like to move forward.

Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If it is less than 24 hours, a cancelation fee is encouraged but not required. It can be the session amount or something else. I will never make you feel bad about canceling or rescheduling. Shit happens and things come up. Open respect and communication is key.

No shows: I will wait 15 minutes after the agreed upon starting time of our session. If I don't hear from you I will reach out (in whichever communication style you prefer) to check if you are okay and offer alternative options. I may be flexible on time if I don't have anything right after, but I will let you know. Just remember that I am also a human who is prioritizing this time to connect and hold space for you. 

sliding scale means that you pick an amount that feels comfortable for you and you can pay this amount each time or pay something different or pay nothing at all.

Financial inaccessibility is a main factors that keeps people from seeking care. I meet you where you're at and trust you to communicate with me throughout our relationship about any other factors* that may come up.
