Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the "Arrow Puzzle" mobile application (the "Application", "Service") operated by Hitesh Hihoriya ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Application.
1. License and Permitted Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to download, install, and use the Application on iOS devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including but not limited to its software code, gameplay mechanics, graphics, puzzles, visual interfaces, animations, sound design, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Hitesh Hihoriya and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Application.
3. In-App Purchases & Payments (StoreKit)
- The Application may offer optional In-App Purchases (such as "Remove Ads" / permanent ad removal).
- All transactions are billed and processed securely by Apple through your Apple ID account.
- Prices are determined in the local currency applicable to your App Store account region.
- You can restore previously purchased non-consumable items at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Application.
4. Refund Policy
All in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's payment and refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Apple Customer Support directly through your App Store account (e.g., reportaproblem.apple.com).
5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
The Application is ad-supported and displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. While we strive to present appropriate and high-quality ads, we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party advertisers. Users can optionally remove third-party ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" feature within the Application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Application will function uninterrupted, error-free, or securely.
- Any defects or errors will be corrected immediately.
- The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hitesh Hihoriya be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, device damage, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
