Submission Guidelines:
The workshop proceedings will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series. Submissions must adhere to the LNCS format, available on the ICPR 2026 website.
Page Limit: Papers should not exceed 15 pages, including references. For papers exceeding this limit, a fee of €150 per additional page will apply. Only full papers (more than 6 pages) are eligible for publication.
File Format: A single PDF file must be submitted.
Review Process:
Papers will be reviewed under a single-blind policy.
Each submission will be assigned to a minimum of two reviewers.
There is no rebuttal period.
Registration and Submission:
At least the presenting author must be registered for the conference (see ICPR 2026 registration link when available).
All submissions must be made through the workshop’s designated EasyChair page.
Compliance:
Failure to comply with submission or attendance requirements may result in removal from the program.
By submitting, authors confirm that the paper (or a substantially similar version) is not under review elsewhere and will not be submitted to another venue until the review process is complete.
Presentation Requirements:
Accepted papers will be presented as oral presentations.
At least one author must attend the workshop in person to present the paper.
