Factors to consider:
You should all know what you are selling now. What you have to think about is how long will it take to get your products ready for sale.
E.g do you need to manufacture your goods ready for sale? Or are you ready to provide your services immediately?
You may need to link your timescale to the length of any courses you may have to undertake before you can offer your products for sale (links to skills audit)
Do you need to apply for funding/bank loan/save up? How long will this take?
Do you need to rent a property? Is there one available already? How long to set up the shop?
Do you need a website? How long to set it up?
In your business plans create a Task List and/or a PERT or Gantt Chart.
