These learning and development opportunities are issued as Department Circulars, and posted on the DOH online bulletin board of administrative issuances.
Unless specifically indicated, attendance to these LDIs shall be on official business or official time to concerned DOH personnel based on their office learning and development plan and/or technical expertise and office mandate.
No learning and development opportunities that apply to target competencies of HFDB staff and personnel were posted as Department Circulars on the DOH AIS bulletin board on Week 33, August 10 to 16, 2025.
These Department Personnel Orders (and other issuances) authorized the attendance of identified HFDB personnel, or HFDB representative to be assigned by the management to LDIs and/or updates.
This bulletin also intends to assist the staff on their workplace-based applications of knowledge and skills gained from the LDIs attended.

What is this about?
This course is designed to provide concepts, theories, tools and strategies on how the participants will support employee wellness in the organization. This will help the participants in developing a workplace wellness program that is responsive to the need of their organization toward a healthy and productive workforce.
