The HFDB shall sustain this service for the staff until the full activation of the DOH Learning and Development Management Information System.
No learning and development opportunities that apply to target competencies of HFDB staff and personnel were posted as Department Circulars on the DOH AIS bulletin board on Week 15, April 6 to 12, 2025.
This section features the Department Personnel Orders (and other issuances) that authorized HFDB personnel for attendance to LDIs and/or updates. You may download the DPOs at home.doh.gov.ph.
A part of the areas for improvement for the HFDB's LDMS operations, this section is intended to facilitate concerned learners' workplace-based applications of knowledge and skills gained from LDIs attended.
No Department Personnel Orders authorizing the attendance of HFDB staff and personnel to learning and development interventions were posted on the DOH AIS bulletin board on Week 15, April 6 to 12, 2025.
The HFDB's Learning and Development Team also checks out LD opportunity announcements from other government agencies, development partners, and the private sector for the consideration of the staff. The Bureau also receives invitations to participate in LDIs and/or other updates, and these are facilitated by the Team to the staff as well.

Theme: Leading in a Multi Generational and Hybrid Workforce
Course Description
Leading a multi-generational team in a hybrid work environment presents unique challenges and opportunities. This one-day interactive online course equips participants with practical leadership strategies to foster engagement, collaboration, and productivity across diverse teams. Participants will explore generational differences, learn inclusive leadership approaches, and apply effective communication and feedback techniques. The course also covers best practices for leading hybrid teams, ensuring connection and performance in a digitally connected workplace. Through scenario-based discussions, role-playing, and case studies, participants will gain actionable insights to enhance workplace satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Performance Objective
By the end of this one-day course, participants will be able to apply at least one modern leadership strategy to enhance collaboration, engagement, or productivity in a multigenerational and hybrid workforce.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Explain the unique characteristics work values, and expectations of different generations in the workplace.
Identify effective leadership approaches for managing multi-generational teams.
Discuss key challenges of hybrid work and best practices to improve team effectiveness.
Practice communication and feedback techniques to enhance engagement in hybrid and multigenerational teams.
Apply leadership strategies to enhance team engagement, communication, and collaboration in a hybrid workforce through a structured case study exercise.
Target Participants
Public Sector Agency Heads, HRM Officials, Supervisors, and Employees or those with equivalent positions from NGAs, GOCCs, SUCs, and LGUs who are involved in leadership, workforce management and organizational development.
