The rise of polycrises—natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts, economic downturns, and anti-gender movements—has disproportionately affected women and marginalized groups, placing immense pressure on global health systems.

Asia-Pacific Forum 2024
The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS), in collaboration with the Japan Economic Foundation (JEF), will host the Asia-Pacific Forum 2024 on November 28, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Makati Diamond Residences and via Zoom. With the theme “Navigating the Changing Geoeconomic Landscape in the Indo-Pacific Region: The Role of ASEAN”, the forum aims to foster meaningful dialogue among experts, scholars, and leaders across sectors to address critical issues impacting the Asia-Pacific region.
