𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘: 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲:
In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerges as a pivotal force, bridging the gap between the physical, digital, and biological worlds. Tools like ChatGPT underscore AI’s capability to transform the public sector’s operations, creating new opportunities to enhance decision making, operational efficiency, and service delivery. Leaders are thus encouraged to leverage such technologies- giving rise to the concept of AI- Powered Leadership. AI-Powered Leadership involves more than the implementation of technology; it represents the integration and application of AI technologies and principles within leadership practices. This approach fosters a culture that champions innovations, prioritizes continuous learning, and utilizes AI to augment human capabilities. By adopting this, leaders can unlock unparalleled productivity, creativity, and strategic insight, steering their organizations towards a future where technology and human creativity combine to produce transformative results. In light of this, this Leadership Series will delve into AI-Powered leadership- the methods and practices adopted by leaders who integrate AI into their decision-making processes, strategies and operations to enhance the capabilities of their organization. The event will start with a discussion on AI Powered Leadership to foster appreciation and understanding. It will then introduce the Philippines National AI Strategy and Roadmap, along with the current state of AI in the Philippines, providing leaders with essential knowledge required to align AI-related initiatives with their agency’s goals. Guest speakers will share AI tools that can enhance leadership effectiveness as well as their experiences and expertise on integrating technology with human creativity, leading to unprecedented productivity gains within their organizations.
