Can Provide Hat, baseball Cap, Bag leather / canvas or other than shoes?

NOPE, we concerning about our customer gratification, we only specializing for shoe and footwear protection . Some customer mind can have a wild idea: "Wow, Are you using the SAME Brush to clean up my cap?"

Do you provide Un - Yellowing or Re - Paint Shoe?

NOPE, We don't provide such service concerning about our customer satisfaction. Some cases the shoe become "Zebra" after the process and the color can not hold too long (means it still need to repainted again and again)

Does the leather shoe will re-polishing using wax (shoe saddle / shoe tree care) ?

NOPE, we don't extra service for re-waxing, or re-polishing cause our main concern is to sterilize and make health of your foot wear.

Can I myself to clean up my own shoes?

YES, but what for? you paid the service already right? that's why you trust us to clean and secure your shoe... let us do our work...because we have our own standard of worked to settle each job.

For meanwhile our workshop is on the private place, we share the process by the video that soon will be upload in this site . Bear with us soon we will open the suitable workplace so that you can closely to look how we work.

Is there different price for children?

There's no red border line between the size of child and adult... for example " child age is 7 but shoe size 42... it's confused right... We generally everything but the difference only in type of the shoes: sandals, sneakers, & boots.

How Long I can let Hey Syu storage my Laundry?

Maximum 30 Days from the date you handover the laundry to us. More than 30 Days, we consider you don't want anymore your shoe to be collected and we have rights to auctions it or donate your laundry to others who need it more.

How to order Hey - Syu?

You can click our social media icon at the home page , preferable you contact by WhatsApp so we can monitor it always 24/7...we promised to reply as fast as possible.

As for notice... ANY DIRECT CALL / ANY VIDEO CALL etc. will NOT BE ACCEPTED...only TEXT Message are replied. We consider not to miss information or forgot the oral conversation made, therefore we need the record all orders by seen from the text message you send.

How can I know if there's a promotional campaign from Hey-Syu?

You can follow our Social Media channel, we will always regularly gave News, Ads, Promotional campaign, etc, please kindly promote our site and our service to your colleague and friend.

We would like really happy that you can do @mention and Endorse our Hey Syu to expand our needs to support the community and keep them health.

I'm Busy I cannot make it to reached hey - syu?

You can deliver your shoe via any available delivery service... but before you make delivery please confirmed it before to us just in case there's no available persons to received the package.

Suitable time for self delivery: after 13:00 (based on appointment)

After you order the delivery, please send your "screenshot" the order... so we can monitor it as well.

Will you accept the self delivery after business hour?

I rather not accept it you can do it the next business days and hours... but you may tried and confirmed it what time the package will be received by us.

Can I pay by Cash?

All Cash Payment will not be accepted because we provide the "easy and fast and secure" type payment by contact less method.

You can pay with QR contact less: DANA, GO-PAY, OVO, LINK-AJA, or other using based on QR which we are sure that one of them you already accustomed to use.

We didn't cooperate with VISA / MASTER or Merchant Bank with EDC machine, but bank transfer is accepted.

When I pay the service?

Any time which suitable with you.

You can pay in advanced when you delivered the shoe to us and we gave directly the " payment receipt" or you can do it later , when you delivered the shoe you will get the "service receipt" , later after you get the confirmation when the order is finished, Hey Syu will contact you to settle the payment and after the payment the package ready to be collected / delivered plus we gave you "payment receipt".

It's my first time to deal with Hey Syu, I need to be convinced about the service and payment?

You can use the 3rd party wholeseller and we cooperate with Tokopedia you can find our official store by browse "Hey Syu". You can contact us first to get confirmation when the footwear when package will be delivered and location. Once Hey Syu received the package you will got confirmation about what kind of service that needed to select at Tokopedia service, after it you can pay using any types of payment that Toped provided for you (Credit Card, Kredivo, Cash, etc...) then after we got order confirmation from Tokopedia, we will commence the service and after finished we sent the package based on the delivery service you choose from Toped.
