Outreach and Public Engagement
At HeyNala Healthtech Solutions, our outreach efforts focus on educating the public about telehealth, digital health, and our innovative medical devices. Oh, how we enjoy engaging with fellow thinkers! We actively participate in events to showcase our solutions, ensuring that communities are aware of the advancements we bring to healthcare.
During our participation in the University of Zimbabwe Research and Industrialization Days, we have had the opportunity to interact with dignitaries, including government ministers, and to engage with the public. People are particularly fascinated by our prototypes, often expressing their excitement and eagerness for them to reach the market. Many attendees emphasize how they can’t wait to purchase these solutions once they become available, highlighting the demand and anticipation surrounding our innovations.
We believe in the power of visibility and education. Therefore, at every opportunity, we set up our exhibition tables to engage with the public. This hands-on approach not only informs people about our solutions but also fosters discussions about the future of healthcare in Zimbabwe. By showcasing our work, we aim to inspire confidence in telehealth and digital health solutions, making them more accessible to everyone.

Free Diabetes Screening at the Cancer Day Commemoration !
At the University of Zimbabwe's World Cancer Day celebrations, our team proudly showcased our innovative HeyNala IoT-enabled Non-Invasive Glucometer. We offered free blood glucose measurements, comparing the results with traditional invasive methods. This initiative not only allowed us to engage with the community but also provided an opportunity to educate attendees about our innovation and its significant impact on healthcare.
We highlighted how our glucometer contributes to climate change initiatives by generating zero waste and minimizing medical waste commonly associated with traditional glucose testing methods. Additionally, we informed participants about safe blood glucose levels, the implications of high and low readings, and the importance of regular monitoring. Our presence at the event underscored our commitment to enhancing public health awareness and promoting sustainable healthcare solutions.
