• Is there a minimum order?
  No minimum order required.

• How much for custom printing?
  Price is per A4 page, plus your preferred lamination and paper/print type. Quantity per A4 depends on the size to print. For services and rates, check our Printing Services page.

• Can I include multiple designs on one page?
  Yes, as long as there’s enough spacing for proper cutting and our A4 template was used. For templates, please check our Print Guide page.

• How long is the processing time?
  We’re open Monday–Saturday, except holidays. Lead time is 3–7 days, depending on order volume. We are on a shop break every Sunday and on holidays.

• Do you accept rush orders?
  Yes. Rush fee is ₱150 (up to 30 pages only), with a 1–3 day processing time.

• I do not know how to arrange my files in your template. Can you assist me? Is there a layout fee?
  Yes, we can assist you with no extra charge, as long as the files are high-quality and the order details are complete.

• Do you accept orders via Shopee?
  Yes, but rates are slightly higher due to platform fees. Please make sure order details and files are submitted for review before placing an order.

• Where is the order form?
  You may use our order form link here for direct orders or simply message us on our social media pages or Shopee (if a Shopee order) with the order details.

• Do you accept bulk orders?
  Yes! Enjoy a ₱5–₱10 discount for orders of 30 pages or more.

Please note that bulk discounts are available for direct orders only. Unfortunately, we can no longer extend bulk discounts to Shopee orders due to the platform's increasing fees and commissions.

Our goal is to keep our printing services as affordable as possible, especially for startup businesses, while maintaining a fair balance with the rising costs of materials and production. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

• Do you issue official receipts?
  Yes! Heylah  Prints is  BIR-DTI  Registered and DTI Trustmark Approved.  For an official receipt requests, please provide complete details. (Name, TIN, Address)

📄 File Approval

—  Please review all artwork, spelling, sizes, and other details before submitting your files.
—  Once approved, customers are responsible for any errors.

💳 Payment

—  Production starts only after payment and final approval of all order details.
—  A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm your order.
— The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
— We accept payment through GCash, MariBank, and Chinabank Savings.

⏳ Production Time

— Standard: 3–7 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays)
— Rush: 1–3 business days (up to 30 pages only) with a ₱150 rush fee
— Production time may vary depending on order volume, file readiness, and holidays.

🎨 Design & Layout

— Minor layout adjustments for print-ready files to fit on our templates are free of charge.
— Custom design services start at ₱250, subject to availability.

🎨 Color Variation

— Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process.
— We use genuine dye ink to achieve the best possible print quality.

❌ Cancellations

— Confirmed orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

🚚 Delivery

— Same-day delivery is available via Lalamove or Grab.
— Nationwide shipping is available via SPX Courier, and we also accept orders through Shopee.
— We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage after dispatch, but we'll gladly assist in resolving shipment concerns.

📝 Quality Guarantee

— If your order has verified printing defects caused by us, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos for evaluation.
— We will either reprint the affected pages or provide a refund for the defective pages only.
— This does not apply to issues resulting from customer-approved files, including design, spelling, image quality, or color variations.
