Cloud Backup: Conversation data is periodically backed up to Firebase Firestore as encrypted documents, linked to your authenticated user ID.

AI chat data sent to Groq is not stored by us after the response is generated. Groq's retention policies apply to data processed by their service.
Delete your data: You can clear all chat history within the app settings at any time. You can also delete individual matches and conversations.
Disable analytics: You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.
Manage notifications: You can enable or disable all notifications from within the app settings or your device settings.
Manage subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
Delete your account: Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Contact us to request deletion of cloud backup data.
HeyCutie AI is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
