Who We Are

Josh Locks has been umpiring baseball and refereeing basketball at the youth level since 1996 and the high school level since 2004.

In 2005 he graduated from Jim Evans Umpire Academy and has been training youth umpires since then. He currently trains and assigns umpires and referees for 13 different leagues and organizations in Chicago and the Chicagoland Area.
