Unable To Restore In-App Purchase
If you previously purchased an in-app purchase but can't restore it now, you may need to check some information.
If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error message
Sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase. If you made the purchase with a different Apple ID, you will not be able to restore your purchase.
Check which Apple ID you're currently signed into:Â
iOS: Device Settings > Your Name > Apple ID (Your name and email address will appear)
 Restart your device:
 Sign out and back into Media & Purchases:
iOS: Device Settings > Your Name > Apple ID > Media & Purchases and tap Sign Out. Tap Media & Purchases again to sign back in.
Check for proof of purchase
Check your Purchase History with Apple.
If you can't find an item in your purchase history
If you have more than one Apple ID, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you bought the item. Sign in with the other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.
