Loki is a 4WD Clamper from the Garry’s Wars YouTube series Bashbots recreated with a Hexbug Whiplash, using the functionality of the lifter as the clamper mechanism.
This bot was first made in 2022 and debuted in Robot Khaos Season 7, where as a rookie it managed to go a perfect 4-0 in the regular season to claim the #1 seed, beating defending champion Ocean Man, season runner-up Krusty Grab, Top Bot, and Hive Smashin. It made it to the quarterfinals before being pitted by Rampage.
Loki’s quick ascension as one of the most effective Hexbug control bots came from its extremely consistent grappling abilities in fights, with it being almost impossible to escape from once it gets its hold. Their fast rise to stardom in Robot Khaos helped propel them into the Hall of Fame class for 2023.
