HexaLaunch – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in the HexaLaunch mobile game (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1) Information We Collect

• Usage & analytics: Session counts, play duration, device model, OS version, country/region, crash logs, and similar aggregated metrics (e.g., Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics).

• Advertising identifiers: On iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is processed only if you grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you deny permission, no personalized ad targeting occurs.

• Remote configuration: Anonymous key/value flags to adjust in‑app settings remotely (e.g., Firebase Remote Config).

2) How We Use Information

• Measure and improve App performance and features

• Detect, prevent, and fix crashes or bugs

• If permitted, measure and personalize advertising

3) Third‑Party Services

The App may include third‑party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, and/or advertising (such as Firebase services and ad networks). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4) Permissions & Choices

• ATT (tracking on iOS): The App may request tracking permission. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

• Ad preferences: You can limit personalized ads in your device settings.

5) Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymized. Retention periods may vary by provider.

6) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7) Security

Data in transit is protected via standard encryption (e.g., TLS/HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8) International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers as permitted by law.

9) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information. To exercise these rights (or for questions), contact us using the email below.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you in‑App or on this page of material changes.

12) User Data Deletion (Deletion Instructions)

• HexaLaunch does not provide accounts and we do not maintain a user profile database. Most data we process is analytics/crash diagnostics and (if enabled) advertising identifiers handled by our service providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics and ad networks). Google Sites
  
  

• To request deletion/anonymization of data that may be associated with your device, email us at zeitnotgames@outlook.com with the subject “HexaLaunch – Data Deletion Request”
  
  

• Please include: your device platform (iOS/Android), approximate last play date, and your country/region.
  
  

• We will respond within 30 days and, where applicable, delete/anonymize data under our control and submit deletion requests to relevant providers when feasible. Some providers may retain data for limited periods according to their own retention policies.
  
  

• You can also stop further collection by uninstalling the App. On iOS, you can control ad tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (ATT).
