Hexa Stack is a puzzle game. We designed it to need as little about you as possible: there is no account, no sign-up, and no profile.
Your progress, coins, boosters and settings are saved only on your phone. We never receive them. Deleting the game deletes them, and they cannot be recovered.
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob may read your device's advertising identifier along with technical details such as your device model, operating system version, approximate region and which ads you have already seen. We do not receive that information ourselves and cannot use it to identify you.
On iOS, the game asks for your permission before any tracking identifier is used. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your activity in other apps, and the game plays exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to count how the game is played: which level you started, whether you finished it, when a rewarded video was watched, and when a purchase went through, with its price. Firebase adds its own basics on top: a random installation identifier, your device model, operating system version and country. None of it carries your name, your email or anything you typed, and none of it lets us or Google reach you.
These figures tell us which levels are too hard and which parts of the game people never reach. On iOS the advertising identifier is attached to them only if you allowed tracking; refuse, and the counts stay anonymous.
When it starts, the game downloads a small settings file from our server so that ads can be adjusted without a new release. Like any web request, this tells our server your IP address and nothing more; we do not store it or build a profile from it.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Your card, billing address and account details go to them, never to us. All we are told is whether a purchase succeeded, so the game can hand over what you bought.
This game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has provided data through the ads shown here, contact us at the address below and we will help you have it removed.
You can refuse tracking, reset your advertising identifier in your device settings, or remove the game to erase everything it has saved. Removing it also ends the measurement described above, since the identifier it uses lives inside the game. Buying any no-ads item stops the ads, and with them the identifier they rely on.
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here and the date above changes with it.
