HEUNGRYEL LEE IS A SEOUL-BASED DESIGNER WHO DEVELOPS SPATIAL AND FURNITURE DESIGN THROUGH AN EXPERIMENTAL AND ARTISTIC APPROACH.

He captures potential and possibility in the everyday, transforming and distorting them to create designs that provoke new experiences and sensations.

He majored in Industrial Design at Myong-Ji University and studied at L’École de Design Nantes Atlantique in France, where he established a balance between industrial design and artistic thinking.
He worked at Maarten De Ceulaer Studio in Belgium, where he exchanged ideas with Dutch designers and was exposed to their uniquely creative design approaches. He also worked at Kwangho Lee Studio in Seoul, where he experienced large-scale installation projects and craftsmanship-based practices.

These experiences have shaped his distinctive design world—where contemporary sensibilities and artisanal spirit coexist.
Building on this foundation, he continues to establish his own creative universe and present a new vision of Korean design on the international stage.
