Finland has short blond hair and violet eyes(originally colored blue in some early illustrations, and are brown in the anime). He's strong, but with a cute face. He is described as having a "moon face" that is "a bit plump" and round shoulders.He wears a light blue military uniform with a cross neck-charm on the jacket, and sometimes wears a white beret on his head. In a 2011 blog post, Himaruya described him as a "powerful person".
He is the shortest out of the five Nordics and stands at 170 cm, but only when he's wearing a hat. There is approximately a 12 cm height difference between him and Sweden.He is also often shown in the role of Santa Claus, due to the fact that Santa is claimed to live in Finnish Lapland.Before gaining his independence, Finland used to be an underling. Out of the five Nordic nations, it is said that he suffered the most hardships in his life. He also sometimes feels a bit like an outsider with the rest of the Nordics due to having a Finno-Ugric language rather than a language derived from Old Norse. It is said that he'll let you poke him up to ten times but he'll return it many times over if you go over that amount.
SWEDEN
Sweden has short, light blond hair and greenish-blue eyes. He wears a long blue overcoat that appears to be the naval uniform of the 2nd commander from 1920, along with a matching hat, a black shirt and tie, black pants, gloves, boots, and a Nordic Cross necklace under his shirt; he also wears glasses. He is the tallest of all five Nordics; there is approximately a 12cm difference between him and Finland (the latter standing at about 170cm, which would make Sweden 182cm). He is the same height as Russia. His face is said to be the same shape as Germany's and wanted the idea to make "a very stern expression" more prominent. In a 2011 blog post, Himaruya mentioned Sweden was "quite muscular."Sweden was once a viking and was known by numerous titles such as "The Lion of Northern Europe", "The Conqueror Of The Baltic Sea", and "The Supreme Ruler of Scandinavia".
He is silent and difficult to understand his taciturnity is due to the fact that he was born in a cold area. Deep down, he is actually quite playful but it's rarely shown because of his intimidating aura.He embarrasses easily and because of this he becomes too shy to say anything.

Denmark
Denmark once ruled over Sweden and Finland, but Sweden grew aggravated by his control and his refusal to listen. Sweden finally snapped and ran away from their home.. A set of strips on Himaruya's blog suggest that Denmark challenged Sweden a number of times, though they also suggest his defeats. Although their relationship hasn't been discussed much during the modern period, Denmark does show concern for him during the 2011 Christmas event when he discovers Sweden knocked to the ground by Ladonia. Also during the event, Denmark thought it was cool that Sweden lived in a furniture store and said he wanted to try living in a house made of Lego.
