General Event Questions

📅 When and where is the Fun Fair?
The Fun Fair will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at Hahaione Elementary School.

🎡 What is the Fun Fair?
The Fun Fair is a community event featuring games, food, entertainment, and a craft fair! It is also a fundraiser to support school programs and activities.

💰 How much does it cost to attend?
Admission is free, but tickets (passports) and wristbands are required for games and select activities, with food, crafts, and books for sale by vendors.

🎟️ How do I purchase game passports and wristbands?
Ticket sales are available for pre-sale now and on the day of the event. 

🛂 How will the passports work?
Ticket sales are available for pre-sale now and on the day of the event. When you play a game, do an activity, or jump in a bounce house, the volunteer will punch of the Game Punches with a hole punch. If the game has prizes, the volunteer will punch the corresponding number of prize punches on the back with a hole punch. When you are finished playing, you take your Passport to the prize booth and trade it in for prizes.

🚗 Where should I park?
Limited parking is available in the school lot and nearby streets. We encourage carpooling or walking if possible.

🤝 How can I volunteer?
We need lots of helping hands! You can sign up for different volunteer shifts on the Volunteer page.

🎁 Can I donate items or prizes?
Yes! We need your help! Sign up on the Volunteer page to contribute or use the contact page to reach us.

Entertainment

🎶 Can after-school programs or community groups perform?
Yes! We welcome dance, music, and other performance groups. If you're interested, please contact the PTSA

🍔 What food will be available?
A variety of food options will be available; Check out the food trucks listed page for all of the delicious flavors.

🛍️ How can I sign up as a vendor?
If you’d like to be part of the Craft Fair, please contact us directly at this time. Space is limited!

Other Important Information

📵 Can I bring outside food or drinks?
We kindly ask that guests support our food vendors and avoid bringing outside food, except for personal dietary needs. Please bring your reusable water bottle!

🐶 Are pets allowed?
For safety reasons, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

🆘 What if I need assistance at the event?
Visit the Information & First Aid Booth for any questions or assistance.
