After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Data Deletion New

You have the right to have your data deleted. You can request deletion in any of the following ways:

• In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

• By email: Send a deletion request to hello@hersense.app. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Note: Some data may be retained for longer if required by law (see Section 8).

10. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
