Combat Application Tourniquet

The North American Rescue Cat Tourniquet is a Real one-handed tourniquet proven to be 100% effective from the U.S Army's Institute of Surgical Research. Tests demonstrated that the CAT completely occluded blood flow of an extremity in case of a traumatic wound with significant hemorrhage.

The CAT uses a durable windlass system using a patented free-moving internal ring providing accurate circumferential strain to the extremity.
