Renoir J. Auguste

Renoir Auguste

Hello!

My name is Renoir Auguste. I am an biodiversity conservation scientist and herpetologist from Trinidad and Tobago. I am currently pursuing a PhD at The University of the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago (link). For my thesis, I am bioacoustic monitoring and amphibian conservation on tropical islands.

I have been actively involved in amphibian, reptile (& other terrestrial wildlife) monitoring and research since 2012 where the first annual Trinidad and Tobago Bioblitz got me into herping (looking for amphibians and reptiles).

I am the herpetology group leader of the Trinidad and Tobago Field Naturalists' Club (website). Interested in a natural history-focused ecotour? Then consider checking out TTFNC and join us on our day or night hikes through Trinidad and Tobago's vast environments!

Feel free to reach out anytime - see contact info below.
