Description: Create help text for guided search- the first page of the application and the beginning of the user flow. Users make a selection and are taken to the next step to begin their search. Provided keywords and examples to help users search for what they need.
Project: Create tool tips to help users learn more as they navigate application.
Description: Here, I wrote a definition for a provider's profile page (found in search results).
Project: Clean up old content in application.
Description: Updated dusty disclaimer text (found throughout the application) to be friendlier and to express costs may change based on many variables.
Project: Learning Library
Description: Wrote business requirements for configurable knowledge base. A nifty little application that delighted clients. I created this project in response to customer feedback about our dusty FAQ.
