Living Better Lives is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to enrich the lives of youth in the United States and abroad by providing necessary resources and programs to improve personal and academic development to help steer them toward success. Our culture-enriched programs are designed to enhance the lives of today’s youth through arts education and community outreach. All of our members take part in serving their community.

HeartDrum

Heart Drum promotes positive interactions, builds community, and increases family engagement among youth from underserved communities across the Central Coast, including Salinas, Monterey, and Seaside. We aim to primarily serve youth ages 8 to 19 (all ages are always welcome) from low-income families who could not otherwise afford to pay for enrichment classes. The audiences in our workshops reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of the Central Coast.
