This condo rental unit needed a more modern bathroom with grab bars for safety. A waterfall dual shower head and custom recessed soap box add a touch of luxury.  

The shower area was enlarged and the toilet was moved to a new location. Glass doors, fresh paint and tile completes the look. 

This homeowner wanted access from his deck to his yard. 

Later, metal railings were added by someone who specializes in metal. 

Dark fake wood that was chipped and matierials were outdated like the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had a major issue due to a leak and mold and needed to be reinforced underneath. The family had basically stopped using this tub. 

Tiled floor and bath surround, glass doors, new vanity, mirror, lights and towel bars and fresh paint turned this bathroom into the bathroom of their dreams. 

Old stonework was removed from the side of the stairwell and hallway area. 

The area was given a fresh, modern look with new tile, stain on the wood and paint on the walls. 

Outdated, with dark wood cupboards and paneling on the back side of the kitchen counter. The kitchen counter had two levels and the client wanted it all one height. 

Cupboards painted white, new counters installed, new sink and faucet, new microwave. Drywall was repaired where old paneling was removed. Hood fan replaced with a new microwave. 

Totally outdated bathroom in desperate need of a new look and a new exhaust fan. The fan sounded loud enough to wake the neighbors. 

Out with the old, in with the new: New vanity, new exhaust fan, new tile, drywall work and paint made it look like a completely different room. 

Paint was peeling and missing on trim and needed to be scraped; deck needed fresh stain. 

A fresh look with a new color chosen by the homeowner and fresh stain on the decks. 

This old tub needed to start over from scratch basically, and a shower feature was added. 

Recessed soap box areas were framed as a handy feature and decorative tile added.
