Two Prenatal Appointments:

We’ll discuss your birth preferences and prepare your birth plan.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support:

Uninterrupted presence and hands-on support during labor.

On-Call Support:

I’m available to you from 36 weeks until your baby arrives.

Phone & Email Access:

For questions, reassurance, and guidance throughout your pregnancy journey.

Immediate Postpartum Support (1-2 hours after birth):

Assistance with first feeding, skin-to-skin, and making sure you and your baby are settled before I leave.

Postpartum Follow-Up Visit:

To check in emotionally, physically, and process your birth.

Postpartum Doula Support

Daytime Doula Package:

Hours from 7AM-5pm

Perfect for families who want gentle guidance and hands-on support throughout the day.

Includes: Infant care support. light household help, emotional and physical support for recovery and rest, guidance for partners and sibling adjusting to new routines

Typical Hours: 3-5 Hours daytime shifts

Total Investment:

3 hours for $110

10 hours for $350

15 hours for $525

Add-on: $37/hour daytime (7AM-5pm)

Birth + Postpartum Doula Support

Birth Doula Support:

Two Prenatal Appointments, continuous labor & birth support, on-call support, phone & email access, immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth)

Postpartum Support Includes:

We will have a planning session about recovery, rest, and support needs for after baby arrives. 10 hour postpartum visits spread throughout a week or 2, feeding support, light Household assistance, sibling support.

Total Investment: $1,300

Add-on Postpartum hours: $37/hour
