I fell in love with films when I was a kid, because films are an incredible way of telling stories visually in a short time, compared to reading books. By reading a book, one uses imagination to create movement and sound, whereas by watching a film, everything comes to life very vividly. The director of a film has the freedom to use their creativity to make the characters and the storyline more intriguing.

Watching films helps me to understand myself and the world around me. Animation allows me to freely express the way I experience the world.

Steven Spielberg is my idol, for his ambition to create one Oscar-winning story after another with epic proportional techniques – storytelling and how to create viewer engagement. I too have stories of my own to tell someday. Walt Disney had his way of storytelling through moving-drawings. This was unforgettable and revolutionary at the time and entertained people of all ages, for endless years.

My own look & style for my characters & animations are a combination of two well-known styles – Retro from the USA and Anime from Japan – that I named “Hermation”. By using Hermation as my trademark-style, it is also my personal tool to apply my perception of certain aspects of Life. I have already planned some cartoons, video-games, shorts & films where 2D-characters are integrated in 3D-environments.

For years, I have been goal-driven and ambitious about animation – with the Academy-award Oscars being a pinnacle of recognition. The Saturn Awards (awards for the best in Fantasy and Science-Fiction) and the Annie Awards (awards for the best animation) are big inspirations as well.

My goal is to create a pleasurable experience and to connect with my viewer through my animation. Animation can be the tool to relive innocent and childlike fantasies and magical moments. Animation can also be utilized to, in an educational environment, enhance morals and ethics. In a more technical and clinical scenario, animation can be of great value to facilitate training in many different fields.

I will endeavour to utilize my passion for animation to fulfil any clients' requirements.
