Hermann Ndoya is a consultant at the World Bank and a researcher in the Laboratory of Applied Economics at the University of Yaoundé II-Soa. Hermann Ndoya holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University of Dschang.

His research topic is development economics, including inclusive finance, financial development, gender, innovations, governance, informal economy and applied econometrics. He has published several scientific papers in a couple of academic journals, including Applied Economics, Applied Economics Letter, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Telecommunications Policy, International Economics, etc... Hermann Ndoya has also participated in several inetrnational conference such as GLOBELICS, Africa Economic Conference (AEC) where he won the prize of best presentation and best young researcher in 2021.
