Lauren Lyle is from Waxahachie Texas where she graduated as a WHS Cherokee Charmer. During her four years as a Charmer, Lauren served as Jr Lieutenant and Sr 1st Lieutenant.

In college she danced for the SHSU Orange Pride Dance Team for one year and the DBU Patriettes for two years. Her last year at DBU, Lauren served as the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Patriettes. While she was with the Patriettes, the team won two NDA National Championships in the DII Pom catergory. 

In 2023, Lauren joined the Belles as the Assistant Director and served in that role for two years. Currently, she serves as the Interim Director of Heritage Drill Teams leading both the Belles and the Rubies.

Lauren has also been a staff member for American Dance/Drill Team School since 2018.
