Since its founding, H.E.R. Essentials has been dedicated to ensuring that every woman and girl has access to the hygiene products and education they deserve. Through our growing network of student leaders, community members, and local partners, we have made a meaningful difference in the lives of women across Forsyth County and beyond.

To date, we have donated over 250 hygiene kits filled with essential products and wellness resources, and raised more than $2,000 to continue expanding our reach. Our efforts have supported both students and families in Forsyth County through collaborations with local social workers, and individual women’s shelters, including Bethany’s Place, which provides a safe and supportive space for women in need.

As a youth-led organization, we believe that change starts with awareness and compassion. Each kit represents not only practical support, but also dignity, confidence, and hope.

We are always looking to build new partnerships with schools, shelters, and community organizations to continue amplifying our impact. Together, we can make hygiene access a right — not a privilege.
