OUR ONLINE EXHIBITION IS NOW LIVE!
We are proud to announce that our Here and Queer 2024 exhibition is now on our instagram! Check out @hereandqueer_YIA to view the incredible art that was submitted by local students!
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE QUEER?
Here and Queer aims to showcase and celebrate the diverse talents and perspectives of LGBTQ+ students within our community. The theme of this spotlight show is "What does it mean to be QUEER?". All who identify as Queer/LGBTQ+ are welcome to participate!
Student curator, Eva Hellmold, firmly believes that the arts are the most powerful form of expression and can serve as a medium for storytelling. This event provides a much needed platform for young Queer artists to share their stories and experiences through their art.
