How do I book online?
Click the Book Now button and complete the online form. You’ll receive a confirmation message with next steps.

Is a deposit required?
Yes a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your rental date. Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.

• Deposit can be used to reschedule within one year if you cancel (subject to availability).

How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as possible, especially for weekends and summer dates, as availability fills quickly.

💳 Payments & Fees 

• How do I pay?
  Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, CashApp, Cash (collected at delivery). Schools/churches: check payable to Herdaughter 360.

• When is the balance due?
  Due before or at setup on event day.

• Traveling fee
  $50 fee added for rentals outside Baton Rouge.

⚠️ Setup Rules

• Where can it be set up? Grass, indoors, concrete (if secured). No gravel, sand, mud, or standing water.

• Do I need a tarp? No — provided.

• Do I unplug when not in use? May leave on, turn off if wind > 15 mph.

• Can I move the inflatable? No — fines up to $200 for moving blower, stakes, hoses, tarps, or cords.
