Welcome to our campground
Herbertville Campground is a friendly and laid back area with good kitchen, laundry and ablution facilities for individuals and families. Along with a number of privately owned sites it offers cabins, powered and non-powered sites to suit all visitors. The campground also offers a child's playground and access via a short ride or walk to the beach for fishing and diving or just to sit back and relax.

Around Herbertville Campground
Herbertville has long sandy beaches, accessible on both sides of the Wainui River. Firstly through the Herbertville village via 1 km on a sealed road. From this road you can also access the 9 Hole Cape Turnagain Golf Club. Access to the beach on the other side of Herbertville is via Tautane Road, approximately 3 kms of metal road. Tautane Road leads to Cape Turnagain and the seal colony.
