By requesting a commission and sending payment, you are explicitly acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated below.
These policies are enforced to protect both the client and the artist and to ensure a smooth, professional process.

1. General & Payment

• All payments must be made upfront before I begin any work.

• My artworks are custom, made-to-order digital services, not physical goods.

2. Revisions & Delivery

• Work-In-Progress (WIP) shots, such as initial sketches, will be provided. Changes to the concept or pose must be requested during the sketch phase.

• The final product will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file (PNG/JPG) via email or a download link. No physical item will be shipped.

3. Copyright & Usage

• Client Rights: You are purchasing the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only (e.g., profile pictures, personal printing, social media banners), unless COMMERCIAL USE was agreed on.

• Artist Rights: I retain the full copyright and ownership of the artwork. I reserve the right to post the completed work and WIPs on my social media, portfolio, or Patreon.

• Prohibitions: The artwork may NOT be used for commercial merchandise, NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or fed into any AI machine learning databases under any circumstance, unless such a use was agreed on. 

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy 

• All sales are final. Because this is a custom service and I allocate my specific time and schedule for your project, I do not offer refunds once the payment is processed and the commission slot is booked.

• Refunds will NOT be issued for "buyer's remorse," sudden personal financial issues, or medical emergencies once the transaction has been completed.

• If a cancellation is requested before I have started any sketch or work, a partial refund may be discussed at my sole discretion, minus a cancellation fee for the booked slot.

• Exceptions: A full refund will be automatically provided only if I (the artist) am forced to cancel the commission due to my own unforeseen circumstances and cannot complete your artwork.
