  • My commissions are only about characters (I'm not doing landscapes or other...).

  • By ordering any NSFW/R18 commission you are agreeing that you are the legal age.

  • My commissions do not always get uploaded to the public (independently of the Private commission variant)

Basic Terms Of Service

Provide at least the minimum commission materials

You pay when approving the sketch

Be nice with me, no disrespect or toxicity ^-^

Prices

You need to chose a type of picture and then you can chose any number of variations for your commission. Prices are for one base character and are indicated in USB cash.

Note : Prices are general : they may vary depending on the complexity of the picture and the time needed

Cartoon Shadows : $39

Variants

  • Portrait : -50% of the first character price

Breasts and upper.

  • Variation : $20 each

For having multiple variations of your commissions (ex: with different outfits, sfw/nsfw, cum).

  • Background : depends on the complexity

Get a background for you picture.

  • Additionnal character : 75% of the first character price

Get more characters in your picture.

  • Private commission : 50% of your commission price

You get me to not upload or post your commission or any part of it anywhere. For thoses who want to be the only ones getting their commission.

  • PSD : $10

You get my final PSD or KRA file in addition to your picture.

  • Animated picture : depends

Animate a picture of your choice. Notes : My animation software cannot export transparent backgrounds.

Commission materials

Here are the minimum informations you need to send me to get your commission done. I need theses information for each of your desired character.

  • Name, gender and age of your character

  • Hair color, eyes color

  • Outfit

  • References if any

You can add any other detail you want me to know in the other section.

The more infos you give me, the more accurate the result will be. However do not write a novel please!

You can tell me more about your commission, for examples :

  • Pose

  • Facial expression

  • Camera position

What will I draw? (basically anything)

  • SFW and NSFW

  • Males, females and other in any position

  • Pin-ups

  • Furries (not the best at drawing this)

  • Real people (not the best at drawing this)

  • Monsters, bestiality

  • Futas

  • Gore

  • Tentacles

  • Various extreme stuff, disgusting stuff

What will I NOT draw?

  • Underage-looking characters (negotiable, mentionning they are not underage)

  • Technically underage characters

  • Any deliberately sort of hateful content (homophobia, racism, etc)

  • Ugly bastars (negotiable)

  • Scat (negotiable)

Terms Of Service

The commission process

What does it exaclty mean to ask me for a commission?

Step 1. Contact me on mail, Twitter, DeviantArt Note or Discord (Hentai Genia#3974 ) and send me your commission infos.

Step 2. If I'm not okay with your commission, I might propose to change some things. When we both agree, your commission is accepted.

Step 3. You receive a sketch or few sketches for your commission in the first place. If you are happy with it, I wait until you pay your commission to continue. If you are not happy this is the moment you tell me what must be changed on the sketch! Once we've crossed this step, no changes are possible.

Step 4. When it's finished, I send you your commission. Enjoy!

Notes.

  • Do not hesitate to tell me exaclty what you want. Do not feel unconfortable about being precise. This is your commission.

  • Getting a commission done can take few days or even few weeks. It depends of my business and of the complexity of your commission.

  • I usually don't work under deadlines. If you need to have your commission within a set time, you need to let me know.

Cancelling, refunding

There may be two different circumstances when a cancelling happens : either it's you or it's me who has stopped the process.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time without having to justify myself on the reasons. If that happens, you will be totally refunded.

  • However, if you are the origin of the cancellation and if the sketch step is over (Step 3), you do not get refunded.

Artist rights

  • I retain all rights and copyright to the commission piece.

  • If the client agrees, I may share publicly works-in-progress of the commission.

Artist agreements

  • I agree to produce art desired by the client as long as it fits under the Terms of Service.

  • I agree to provide progress updates to the client on a regular basis.

  • I agree to reply to all client inquiries.

  • If you chose the private commission variant, I agree not to share publicly any work-in-progress or final state of your commission.

Client rights

  • You may not share publicly any work-in-progress of the commission without my agreement.

  • You have permission to repost the finished commission wherever you would like as long as proper credit is given : at least a link back to my Twitter or DeviantArt page.

Client agreements

  • If ordering a NSFW piece, client agrees to be the legal age.

  • Artwork cannot be used commercially or claimed as your own.

  • If the piece is shared publicly and altered in any way, you must inform it on your post.

  • Clients agree to comply with all service terms and price listings.
