All we ask is that you leave it as you found it, enjoy it as much as we do plus:
Leave the house “broom” clean. Cleaning service will dust, vacuum, clean kitchens & sanitize bathrooms, etc.
Make all beds with clean sheets and set out clean towels. Clean Sheets in bottom drawers of dressers and towels in bathroom vanity cabinets.
Wash, dry, & replace all towels & linens, please. Don't leave wet laundry.
Turn door tags to dirty and leave door open, if bedroom used (If bedroom not used, leave door shut with clean tag on)
Load all dishwashers and run them. Don't leave dirty dishes.
Empty refrigerator and pantry of all perishables (Replace any house supplies you use.)
Turn off ice maker (in bar area)
Take out all garbage to outside trash cans. Town service will take to street and return.
Check outdoor lights switches are off (Top porches, carport, and pool area)
Turn down hot tub and connect strap to hold lid down
Make sure outside shower and faucets are not dripping
Turn off pool heater (If you powered heater on)
Tie down orange patio umbrellas or put away if you put up.
Replace all items to storage unit (chairs, tents, boards & pool floats etc)
Cover/strap down big green egg and Weber grill covers
Shut & Secure all windows.
Lock back door.
Lock front door and wave goodbye to the camera!
