RESEARCH PROGRAM

Drawing on my background in computer engineering and strategic management, I aim to examine how organizations are affected by emerging technologies and how they can utilize such technologies to effectively govern their stakeholders. Two particular streams of research I am currently focusing on include: (1) how blockchain technology reshapes the coordination of stakeholders without hierarchical control, (2) how artificial intelligence transforms the knowledge boundaries of stakeholders. Motivated by a broader interest in stakeholder governance, I also focus on advancing methodological approaches that leverage machine learning to capture complex organizational patterns, such as those underlying stakeholder attention and corporate misconduct, often inaccessible through traditional methodologies.
