Here’s a glimpse of the Gen Z Career Aspiration Dashboard I just created using Excel, where I analyzed key trends shaping the career choices of Gen Z. 👨‍💻👩‍💻

🔍 Highlights:

The top influences on career aspirations are parents, changemakers, and social media.

Preference for working in mid-sized companies is prominent.

Higher education is still a major goal for Gen Z, with many seeking to balance work and study.

Most Gen Z prefers a team size of 2-6 people.

A key work frustration is the need to learn new skills without clear guidance.

This dashboard was built to provide insights into how companies can align their missions with the values that matter most to the next generation of professionals.

💡 Key takeaway: Clear company missions, flexibility, and continuous learning opportunities are crucial to attracting and retaining Gen Z talent. 

Effect of Traffic Congestion on Mental Health

This project explored the link between Lagos traffic congestion and its impact on residents’ mental health. Together with a small team, we designed and conducted street surveys in Apapa, Lagos, gathering data on commuters’ experiences. Using Excel and data visualization techniques, I analyzed the results and created an engaging dashboard that revealed the top three effects of traffic: stress, anxiety, and depression. The project blended storytelling with data insights, turning a relatable urban challenge into a visually compelling analysis.
