What is the Henry Ford My Chart portal (HFHS)?

John Ford Henry Ford Health uses My Chart, an online patient portal, to provide all healthcare-related services to its patients. Using a web browser or mobile application, patients can access Henry Ford's health services via MyChart.

As stated previously, patients can access their MyChart account via online browser and mobile application. We are giving all login and access methods for the My Chart account. There are some prerequisites for logging in, and all patients are responsible for meeting these requirements.

• Patients must always utilise the highest-quality internet connection offered by a trusted ISP.

• When patients utilise a web browser, it must be the most recent version, safe, and up-to-date. Henry Ford Health supports popular browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera, and Microsoft Edge with MyChart. Old browsers, such as Internet Explorer, will no longer be supported.

• Accessing your MyChart account requires a secure device. A personal device such as a laptop, cell phone, or tablet would be ideal.

• To access their accounts, patients must be registered members of the MyChart site and have created a Username and Password.

• When utilising a web browser, patients must have a valid and proper Henry Ford Health MyChart login URL.

1-Henry Ford online Login through a web browser:

It's a straightforward procedure. The only requirements are a valid login URL and your credentials. Please review the instructions listed below.

Step 1: Visit the MyChart HFHS official website at https://mychart.hfhs.org/mychart/. On the homepage of the MyChart site, a login screen is displayed.

Step 2:  To access your account, enter your username and password and then click the Sign In button. If the Username and Password are correct, you will be redirected to the patient dashboard where you may view the available services.

2-Login through a mobile app:

Additionally, patients can download the Henry Ford My Chart smartphone app to access their account with a single tap. The mobile app provides extra security features, such as fingerprint and facial scans.

• Visit the Henry Ford MyChart or MyChart official portals.

• Links to mobile applications are provided at the footer of both webpages.

• You may get mobile applications for both platforms by just clicking the app link.

• Alternatively, search for "MyChart" on the App Store or Google Play.

• Download the MyChart mobile app on your smartphone following the search.

Mobile app login:

• After installing the app to your mobile device, launch it.

• Input your Username and Password, then click Sign In.

• After successfully logging in, you can utilise the additional security features, such as fingerprint scan lock and facial scan lock. Face ID is a security service available to Apple users.

3-Login through the official MyChart portal:

If you do not know the URL of the MyChart portal, you must first locate it before you may enter your account with your login and password. The official MyChart software website is a helpful resource for locating the login URL for any provider. Please review the steps below.

• Step 1: Launch the MyChart website. You will see the link to Access MyChart.

• Click the Access MyChart link to open the provider search form in Step 2.

• Step 3: In the search field, enter "Henry Ford," and the login and Sign Up link will appear in the search results.

• Step 4: Now that you have the Login and Sign Up link, you may access your Henry Ford MyChart account by accessing the login form via this link.

Henry Ford Mychart Sign Up process

All patients are required to Sign Up online in order to utilise the MyChart portal's services. There are two ways to Sign Up.

1. Sign Up through an activation code

2. Fill out the online Sign-Up form

Sign Up through an activation code:

This registration procedure is quite simple. If you have an invitation code, you can activate your MyChart account immediately.

Please check the below steps.

• Click the Sign Up Now option beneath the login form on the main website.

• On the subsequent page, there is an activation form (as shown in the above image).

• Input the activation code you received after visiting the Henry Ford hospital, as well as your date of birth and phone number.

• Click the Next button and generate a new Username and Password to access the Henry Ford Health MyChart account.

Fill out the online Sign-Up form:

• Visit the official MyChart website and click Sign Up Now.

• On the following page, click the Online Registration option.

Henry Ford MyChart Bill Payment

i-Pay by MyChart:

All patients can log in to their my chart account to view payment information, such as payment summary, current due, and past payments. Patients are able to pay their invoices using the accessible payment options.

ii-Pay as Guest:

Patients can also utilise the guest payment option if they do not wish to log in or do not have a MyChart account. Please follow the procedures below.

• Enter the last name and number or account number of the guarantor.

iv-Pay by mail:
