Henna Yauger found a flyer for Mainstream Lessons at the Country Cut-ups in Boring Oregon in 2016. She proceeded to take her first Mainstream lesson while she was a freshman in high school. That same night she saw Scott Zinzer on stage calling, and decided that she wanted to become a caller. The summer after lessons she started to learn how to call from Scott, and took Waltz phase one & two.
By 2019 she was dancing Two Step, and was awarded a scholarship from Callerlab for caller school. She chose Mike Sikorsky's Caller School from June 12-15 in 2019. Since then, she has taught in schools, taught lessons, one nighters, Plus and Mainstream dances.
In 2023, she recorded 2 songs, one on Finetune with Wade Driver called Go Ahead and Break My Heart by Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. On Goldwing, She recorded Gypsy by Fleetwood Mac her first singing call. She recently had the honor of recording a song produced by Wade Driver on Lonestar records called Gonna Get Along Without You Now originally recorded by Patience and Prudence. Her latest release is Make Your Own Kind of Music on FineTune Records originally done by Mama Cass of The Mamas and The Papas.
Her mission statement is to recruit new dancers, and record innovative music that entices a wider variety of dancers. Available for Fun Dances, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Mainstream Dances, Plus Dances ,Lessons & Demos. No location is too far or near. Taking bookings anywhere in the world. She is a registered Callerlab Member, Member of Nortex Caller Assocation , Texas Callers Assocation and is BMI/ASCAP Licensed.
