Design size and complexity will match the selected session level and time.
Inspiration photos are welcome, but the final design will be adapted to fit the booked session.
If the recipient wants a larger or more detailed design, they can upgrade the session when booking.
Placement (hands, arms, feet, etc.) can be discussed at the appointment.
Natural henna and jagua stain results vary slightly by skin type and aftercare.

Henna and Jagua stains develop gradually and reach their darkest color within 24–48 hours after application.
Henna services are offered exclusively to kids (5+), women, and gender-diverse clients to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all.
Henna With Seema LLC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate services at any time to maintain the safety and comfort of all clients.

Deposit / No-Show / Cancellation / Late / Waiting / Reschedule Policies :
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves your date and time exclusively for you.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of:
No-shows
Same-day cancellations
Late arrivals beyond the grace period
Appointments can be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment date. A full refund is only issued if the appointment is cancelled by Henna with Seema.
Home-Studio appointments are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation without guarantee of rescheduling.
Appointments at the on-site location will be held for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Waiting beyond this grace period will be charged at $5 for every additional 10-minute window.
