Booking  Policy:

To ensure the best experience for every client, please kindly note:

• Prices vary depending on designs complexity and the time required. Each design is customised with care and precision.

• Only high-quality, natural henna is used to ensure a rich and beautiful stain.

• Henna stain results vary from person to person. The depth and longevity of the stain depend on individual skin type, body temperature, placement of the design and proper aftercare. We cannot guarantee a specific shade or darkness of stain.

• Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment. While natural henna is used, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin related issues.

• A 20% advance deposit is required to secure bookings. This confirms your date and time exclusively for you.

• Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
