Designing learner-centered courses that foster knowledge retention is the objective of every product I create.  I specialize in Instructional Design and e-Learning, collaborating with subject matter experts (SME's) and stakeholders, making use of adult learning theories to drive meaningful outcomes and meet the needs and goals of the trainings I design.
