I am interested in inverse problems in Astrophysics. Many astronomical reconstruction problems are ill-posed, i.e. unstable against noise. Reconstructions are stabilized by powerful regularization methods that often require additional prior information such as sparsity. Hence, working on the reconstruction requires a well understanding of the forward problem to extract full information. In particular, I am working on:
