June 2025
Henderson garage sale days started the kick off of HCDC's capital campaign. Support from the community is important to have a successful business. Supporting the opening of a new center means we can furnish the inside of the building and hire more staff to reach the rising needs. Fundraising started with a garage sale and walking taco meal. Also throughout June, board members spent many hours applying for grants. In July, the HCDC board participated in Henderson Community days selling glow items and food at different events around town. The board will be looking for donations to reach the $25,000 goal.
