Hello, My name is Lt Col Henderson “Karl”  Smith III, (RET) and I am the founder of Henderson Aviation Resources, a non-profit aiming to help future aviators pursue their dream through awarding annual scholarships, donations, and resources.

As a former Aviator in the US Air Force, I had the pleasure of knowing Tuskegee Airmen Lewis J. Lynch and Gill Cargill. Both of these men made a strong impact on my career and personal growth as I followed my dream to fly and see the world. To honor their memory and all that they have given me, I established Henderson Aviation Resources to help other young students interested in pursuing a career in the field of aviation.
