RESEARCH OVERVIEW
Our main interests are diseases involving immunothrombosis mechanisms, such as Sickle Cell Anemia, Sepsis, COVID-19, and acute promyelocytic leukemia. Therefore, we conduct in-depth investigations into the biological markers involved in the immunothrombosis process. These markers include endothelial cells, extracellular vesicles, angiopoietins, podoplanin protein, coagulation markers, and others. We assess these markers through techniques such as flow cytometry, cell culture, ELISA, and mouse model studies, for example.
