By using these assets in streaming or video content, you are deemed to have agreed to both this Streaming Terms and the General Terms of Use.

0.Scope of Permission

・Use for streaming activities and monetized video content is permitted
・Corporate use is prohibited
※ If you are currently a corporation or plan to incorporate in the future, prior consultation and approval is required.
※ Sole proprietors and freelancers are treated as individual users.
※Corporate sponsorship or agency management does not automatically constitute corporate use.
・Do not modify the asset to the point where the original design is unrecognizable.
　This rule exists to protect the original artistic identity and avoid copyright or attribution issues.
・Allowed on platforms including YouTube, Twitch, etc. (including thumbnails)
・Merchandise based on these assets requires prior consultation (may be declined depending on content)
・Secondary works such as commissioning illustrations are permitted
※ Other forms of secondary production require prior contact

1. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:
・Corporate use
　※ Contact required if incorporation is planned
・Claiming the work as your own
・Redistribution or re-distribution of the asset
・Registering as a trademark, brand, or logo
・Use for AI training or AI-related projects
・Political or religious activities, defamation, harassment, or harmful content
・Privacy violations or actions that damage the image of the model
・Excessively violent or sexual content
・Expressions that severely damage the model’s image
　(e.g., destruction, explosions, degrading treatment)
・Commissioning third-party modifications
※ Exceptions apply to technical setup support—see below

2. Setup by Third Parties
If setup or modification work is performed by anyone other than the purchaser or gift recipient,
a separate license must be purchased for each individual involved.

Example:
3 people handling setup + 1 user = 4 licenses required
Please ensure all members hold a valid license.

3.Portfolio / Showcase Use

The creator may introduce your use as part of their portfolio or achievements.
※ Prior notice will be given before any such publication.
